Come and try your hand at a new skill! This is a great starter class for someone who's curious about leatherworking. Or perhaps you'd like to take this as an opportunity to improve on your existing skills by joining us for our card wallet workshop.
In this evening workshop we'll each make a card wallet from natural veg tan leather and leather offcuts from the Westerly studio. There will be plenty of colour and weight options of leather so you can choose what suits you best.
Learn to cut, punch, and handstitch using a range of hand tools and our simple pattern. Once built, you'll also learn leather edge-finishing techniques to give your wallet a professionally finished look. And of course you get to take the wallet home for your use and enjoyment. This is a perfect item for streamlining your bulky every day wallet for a night out, or for holding your business cards.
When registering, use 'PST exempt' as a promo code so you will be charged the correct taxation. Thanks!
On class night, please arrive at 5:45 so that we can get started at 6 o'clock promptly. The class will run for approximately three hours.
